This policy explains how SabiGO Technologies Ltd ("SabiGO", "we", "us") handles information when you use SabiGO Audio (the "App"). It applies only to this App; our other apps have their own policies.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information through this App. It has no accounts and no sign-in.
All audio you import or record is processed on your device. We do not upload, store or have access to your recordings.
2. Device permissions
The App asks for permissions only when a feature needs them, and you can withdraw them at any time in your phone's settings:
- Microphone (if you record in the app) — Only to capture audio you choose to record. Recordings stay on your device.
- Media / storage access — To open the audio files you pick and to save your exports.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the App's features.
- To keep the App secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App (such as cloud hosting, mapping, messaging and push-notification providers), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to.
5. Retention
Because we do not collect personal information through this App, there is nothing for us to retain. Files you create stay on your device until you delete them.
6. Security
We protect information in transit with encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and restrict access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
7. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@sabigohq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the App.
