You can delete your SabiGO Logistics account, provided by SabiGO Technologies Ltd, at any time. You can do it inside the app, or ask us to do it for you.
Option 1: In the app
- Open SabiGO Logistics and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. You'll be signed out and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: Ask us by email
Send a request from anywhere — you don't need the app installed. Include the phone number on your account so we can find it. We'll confirm by SMS or email before deleting.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number and saved addresses.
- Your chat messages, ratings and uploaded receipts.
- Location history (riders) and notification tokens.
What we keep, and for how long
We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days of your request. Records we must keep by law — such as payment and tax records for completed orders — are kept separately for as long as the law requires, and are not used for anything else.
