These terms apply when you download or use SabiGO Logistics (the "App"), provided by SabiGO Technologies Ltd. By using the App you agree to them.
1. Using the App
You may use the App for lawful, personal or business purposes. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to harm others.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Orders and payments
Delivery fees are shown before you confirm an order. Payment for goods bought from third-party stores is made directly to those stores; SabiGO is not the seller of those goods. We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled safely.
4. Your content
Anything you create or upload with the App remains yours. You give us only the permissions needed to provide the App to you.
5. Availability
We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, SabiGO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
